Mr. Rodriguez began working for Fowler Rodriguez in 2002. He has more than five years of experience in marine and energy litigation. His primary areas of practice include collision, shipping and pollution casualties, environmental regulation, maritime products liability, cargo and salvage. Mr. Rodriguez has litigation experience in all levels of state and federal courts in Louisiana. He is also a member of the Firm's on-scene casualty/pollution response team.

Mr. Rodriguez was admitted to the State Bar of Louisiana in 2002. He attended Loyola University New Orleans where he received his B.A. in Psychology, Summa Cum Laude (1995). He attended Loyola University of New Orleans Law School (1998-2001) where he was a Managing Editor of the Loyola Law Review and recipient of the Warren E. Mouledoux Editor-In-Chief's Award for Outstanding Dedication and Service (2000-2001).

Mr. Rodriguez was a contributing author and editor of "Marine Oil Pollution," Benedict on Admiralty, 2005, Vol. 3 Chapter IX (2002-present); and "When Your Ship is in the Bull's Eye: The Maritime Transportation Security Act and Potential Vessel Owner Liability to Third Parties Resulting From a Terrorist Attack," University of San Francisco Maritime Law Journal, Vol. 17, Issue 2 (2004). He also was a contributing editor to The Law of Collision, Limitation of Liability, and Oil Pollution, Tulane University School of Law (2002-2006).

He is a member of the Maritime Law Association, Louisiana Bar Association, American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and the Southeastern Admiralty Law Institute. In addition to the Louisiana Bar, he is admitted in the U.S. District Courts for the Eastern and Western Districts of Louisiana, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit.
