
Marisa Pretto, an Argentine lawyer with more than 15 years of experience, focuses her practice on Immigration Law matters.
Marisa Pretto has been practicing law for more than 15 years. She started working as a lawyer in Argentina for the National Communications Commission, where she was involved in advising the Commission regarding a variety of legal issues, audits, legal proceedings and the regulation of the telecommunications industry in Argentina. She also collaborated in developing proposals of law, regulations, resolutions and technical standards.
Ms. Pretto also gained vast commercial legal experience with the Anders and Associates law firm in Buenos Aires, Argentina. With Anders and Associates, her practice involved advising clients with administrative, civil, commercial and employment matters.
Ms. Pretto now assists the Firm in matters involving client immigration to the United States. Although she is not licensed to practice law in the United States, she has been awarded certificates by the United States Citizenship and Immigration Service (“USCIS”) for participation in USCIS training programs regarding the preparation of citizenship applications. She also assists and prepares clients for the U.S. Naturalization Examination.
The focus of Ms. Pretto’s practice is assisting clients regarding their immigration and nationality applications as well as their investments in the United States. She is responsible for ensuring that each immigration client is provided the best legal services possible.
